| The Medical University of South Carolina Medical Center has been named by U.S. News and World Report as one of the country's best hospitals for the treatment of digestive diseases, with a ranking of 19 nationally. This is the 12th consecutive year that MUSC's Digestive Disease Center was named to the list. MUSC has also been ranked as one of the best hospitals in kidney disease and
rheumatology. The MUSC Children's Hospital's pediatric cardiology department was also ranked 19th in the nation for Best Children's Hospitals in Heart and Heart Surgery. |
